THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event?

​

At Michelangelo: Art & Legacy you can anticipate a visual journey that brings the magic of the Renaissance to life. You will encounter detailed life-size reproductions of Michelangelo’s most iconic sculptures and experience the grandeur of the Sistine Chapel ceiling.

Where is the experience located?

​

The exhibition is located at 1614 Alton Rd (“1212 Lincoln Rd”), Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA.  We are located on the north side of the ground floor, next door to the Wells Fargo bank.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

​

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

How long does the experience last? (only the number)

​

People usually spend approximately 45 to 60 minutes at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

​

Michelangelo: Art & Legacy does not provide food and beverage services on-site but recommends that you explore the many eating establishments located only steps away on Lincoln Road.  https://lincolnroad.com/store-directory/dining/

Is there parking available?

​

Yes, there is a parking garage located on the 16th Street side of the building between Alton Road and West Ave. The parking garage rate is $10 for 0-2 hours. There is additional public metered parking on Alton Road and behind the venue. https://lincolnroad.com/parking/

Will there be additional sessions?

​

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there a dress code?

​

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

​

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

​

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

​

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

​

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

​

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

​

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

​

Yes, for groups of over 20, school groups, and corporate events, please contact us at MichelangeloMIA@premierXgroup.com for special pricing.

Is there a Military discount? 


Yes, we offer a military discount. 

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

​

It is recommended that you are punctual and arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?


Arriving late may result in delayed entry or reduced viewing time.

Can I bring animals?


We kindly ask that no animals be brought into the exhibit, with the exception of service animals. Thank you for your understanding! 

Service animals are allowed.

Are service dogs allowed? 


Yes, service dogs are allowed at the exhibit. We kindly ask that all other animals be left at home. Thank you for your understanding!

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

​

Food and beverages, weapons, anything that may disturb other patrons.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

​

The experience is designed to be accessible for deaf individuals. The exhibition is primarily visual and accompanied by informative signage throughout the venue. Unfortunately, we do not have options to accommodate someone visually impaired. When planning a visit, please consider attending with a companion who can provide additional descriptions and guidance during the exhibition.

Will there be strobe lights?

Michelangelo: Art & Legacy does not utilize strobe lights, ensuring a comfortable environment for all visitors, including those sensitive to such lighting effects.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

​

Seating is provided in the cinema area as well as in the Sistine Chapel space so that visitors can fully appreciate the details of the masterpiece at their leisure.

Will restrooms be available on site?

​

Unfortunately there are NO public restrooms available on site. Several local businesses have public restrooms.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

​

We encourage visitors to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. The use of professional photography equipment, such as tripods and large cameras, is not permitted without prior permission.

Is there a Lost & Found?

​

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@michelangeloimmersive.com

Is there an age requirement?

​

There is no age requirement. However, this experience is recommended for guests above 4+ years old.

Will there be an audio guide?

​

On site there will be expert guides who provide in-depth insights into the creation and evolution of Michelangelo’s masterpieces.
